Alle DozentInnen sind aus dem Fachbereich Kunst, Handwerk und Teamcoaching.

Wir bieten – kreatives Schweissen mit Schrott- für Gruppen bis zu 14 Leuten an, ausserdem -kreatives schmieden-für eine Gruppe von 8 Menschen. Ein ganz besonderes Angebot ist-Actionpainting-für bis zu 20 Personen.

Alle Workshops sind als Gruppenprozess zu erleben. Es sind keine Vorkenntnisse für alle Kurse erforderlich. Nach einer kleinen Einführung in die Materialien und Möglichkeiten geht es auch schon los. Das kreative Arbeiten, das eigene Gestalten eines Werk-Stückes eigne Fähigkeiten, Ressourcen) zu einem tollen Gemeinschafts-Produkt entwickeln (= Teamwork). Dieser Prozess wird gemeinsam reflektiert mit Fokus auf die Umsetzung in den Arbeits-Alltag. Dabei geht es nicht darum  ein handwerkliches Meisterstück  umzusetzen , es geht darum gemeinsam eine neue Erfahrung mit einem neuen Material zu machen. Freie kreative „Skulpturen“ entstehen zu lassen in einem geschützten Rahmen  ohne  Druck  mit viel Freude. Gemeinsame Kreativität.

All lecturers are from the fields of art, craft and team coaching.

We offer -creative welding with scrap metal- for groups of up to 14 people, as well as -creative forging- for a group of 8 people. A very special offer is -action painting- for up to 20 people.

All workshops are to be experienced as a group process. No previous knowledge is required for any of the courses. After a short introduction to the materials and possibilities, you can get started. The creative work, the own design of a piece of work (own skills, resources) develop into a great community product (= teamwork). This process is reflected on together with a focus on the implementation in everyday working life. It is not about realising a masterpiece of craftsmanship, it is about making a new experience together with a new material. Allowing free creative ‘sculptures’ to emerge in a protected environment without pressure and with a lot of joy. Shared creativity.
